Star Ocean The Divine Force Characters
Star Ocean: The Divine Force (スターオーシャン6 THE DIVINE FORCE, Sutā Ōshan half-dozen THE DIVINE Force ?) is the sixth installment in the Star Sea series for PlayStation iv, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/South, Xbox One, and Steam.
Star Ocean: The Divine Strength was announced October 27, 2021 at Sony's State of Play livestream conference. The game was announced for release in October 27, 2022.
Gameplay
For the kickoff time since Star Ocean: The 2d Story, dual protagonists will be featured, assuasive the thespian to play from their perspectives. Much like the previous titles, players will explore a fully rendered 3D environment, at present with the ability to fly through environment for exploration.
A range of playable characters is promised in this title, with only four currently announced. Two more have been teased for release in the Jump of 2022. Each grapheme tin be controlled in battle.
Story
Setting
Set 46 years after Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, Star Sea: The Divine Force takes identify in 583 SD. The Pangalactic Federation federation is at present assimilating other planets by force.
The planet Verguld stands apart, currently nonfederated. Raymond, captain of the merchant space vessel Ydas, under Lawrence Logistics, a company run past his family unit, is forced to carelessness transport after being attacked by the battleship Astoria. The Astoria is manned by the esteemed Kenny family.
Raymond and crewmate Chloe launch an escape pod, but earlier they can state their systems are knocked out by a burst of energy resembling an EMP. They find themselves separated and crash land onto the planet Aster IV. Raymond is attacked by the locals but is saved by crown princess Laeticia of the Kingdom of Aucerius, who asks for Raymond'south aid to relieve her kingdom from the Vey'l Empire. Raymond accepts in exchange for help finding his missing crewmate, Chloe.

- Raymond Lawrence - Captain of the Ydas, he is known to exist confident and reckless, just with a large center and a nose for business.
- Laeticia Aucerius - Princess of the Kingdom of Aucerius, with a radiant and prim demeanor, only betrayed by skills with the dual blade.
- Elena - Beginning mate of the Ydas, her cool personality and vast noesis earn her the respect and complete trust of the crew.
- Albaird Bergholm - Childhood friend of Laeticia and knight to the Kingdom of Aucerius, loyal to Laeticia and distrustful of Raymond.
- Nina Deforges - A latrimancer looking to cure a deadly disease.
- Midas Felgreed - An ornery hermit and bright semiomancer.
- Supporting characters
- D.U.M.A - A highly intelligent mechanical life form.
- Chloe - A crew member of the Ydas.
Music
Composer Motoi Sakuraba returns to produce the OST to Star Sea: The Divine Force.
Development
The characters were again designed by akiman, who also helms the grapheme art portraits. Akiman is known for designing the characters of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness as well as for the mobile entry, Star Sea: Anamnesis.
